How we roll

We’d Love To Host Your Next Party!

 

VivoPlae coaches are energetic and responsible while creating a safe and fun environment for the children. VivoPlae services include equipment, set-up and . Number of coaches will be dependent upon ratio for every party. We present 1-2 sports/activities for a 90-minute party and up to 3 for two hour parties. Parties can be held at a venue of your choice (contact us for more details).

 

Sports/activities options are organized according to the space available: soccer, baseball, basketball, football, volleyball, and cooperative games.

                                                           Party Deposit:


All VivoPlae Birthday Parties require a full amount deposit (of the minimum party charge) to hold the date and time of your party; In the case of a cancellation 48 hours prior to party 50% of the amount will be refundable. If cancellation is less than 48 hours no refund will be issued. If no cancellation the remining balance have to be paid 48 hours before the party.

If you would like VivoPlae to provide party favors for your party, additional fees will apply.  Contact us and tell us additional party favors you want us to add to make your child birthday a memorable experience.

                                Important Information to Consider:

​

  • VivoPlae staff will arrive at list 30 min prior to party start to setup

  • Parents must inform VivoPlae 1 week prior to the party if they will be providing their own plates, napkins, cups, tablecloths, forks, spoons and/or drinks. 

  • Parties MUST be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time to get a 50% refund.

  • Please note, in the case where you want us to extend the party, a 20BD charge will be added per 30 min/ time.
